What we source
Ether foam scarp
Prime Flexible Polyurethane Scrap Foam in various shapes, sizes, and color. Material is Pre-Consumer and is in baled form. Ether scrap has NO materials attached to it and generally ranges from 1.0 to 2.0 density (lbs.) and 20 to 80 ILD.
Cloth laminate scarp
Prime Polyurethane Foam that has been laminated to a thin layer of Cloth Fabric. This type of scrap foam will arrive in various shapes and sizes and is Pre-Consumer.
Vinyl laminate scarp
Prime Polyurethane Foam that has been laminated to a thin layer of Vinyl Plastic (PVC). This type of scrap foam will arrive in various shapes and sizes and is Pre-Consumer.
Mattress quilt scarp (MQS)
MQS is Prime Polyurethane Foam that has been stitched to Dacron Fiber and Cloth Mattress Ticking Fabric. This type of scrap foam will arrive in various shapes and sizes and is Pre-Consumer.
Molded foam scarp
Molded foam in soft Polyurethane Scrap Foam that is procured from manufacturers who inject the liquid foam which cures as a solid into specific shapes. Molded Polyurethane Foam is most often a higher density heavier scrap foam vs. it's Prime Ether counterpart.
Chopped blended foam
Residue National provides certain customers with Pre-Chopped foam that can or cannot also contain Mattress Quilt Scrap as well as Laminate Scrap. The customer can choose grind size and quality based on their specific needs relative to price.
